But thankfully, Tethers did not possess the ability to anticipate where she would be going. As they were the links that allowed skills to take effect, they could only follow her diligently.
If she pushed herself off the ground with enough force, she could generate enough speed to outrun them. And with her high dexterity and sense, and all the skills that helped her, she didn't lose her bearings even when she was moving with such speed.
