Gwen thought the day's business was over and prepared herself for the headache-inducing training that was coming.
But seeing Elan in the middle of the street, surrounded by curious onlookers, she felt that a headache was coming sooner. Like she feared, when Elan noticed her, his eyes flooded with relief and ill intent.
"Ah, there's my sister!" he shouted, actually panicking. "She's also an Undying!"
In a matter of seconds, half of the onlookers flooded towards Gwen.
"Can you really not die?"
"She really does have the gem!"
"Someone try killing her!"
"What's your home world like?"
"Can you die?"
"You fucking barbarians!"
"Are you a hunter?"
Hearing the few questions she could make out, Gwen suddenly felt worried for her safety. Jones's words suddenly entered her mind.
"We'll do a QnA session tomorrow!" she shouted.
"What's a QnA?"
Hearing the unknown word, the crowd went briefly silent.
