Silence is reigning in all of us while we were sitting around at the dining table; we were at Jenny's relatives' home. Jenny and I were in the side where Kaleb and Juliane were also sitting. And like us, the two youngers are sitting close to each other and probably holding hands like us. Jenny's mother is in between us couples while on the other side is Auntie Anna's family along with Nathan who was clearly staring at Juliane.
Jenny's uncle had his fingers massaging his nose bridge and finally speaks, "[So… you're telling me that this… young man is a relative of yours?]" He said as he looks at me.
"[Yes, Mr. Mike… I didn't know he flew all the way out here, it's a surprise to me too.]"
"[Tsk, please… Don't call me that… Just 'Uncle' is fine…]" I tried my best not to overreact at the honor he gave me, this simply means that he's accepting me gradually. But the brat just had to open his mouth.
