Everything happened to quickly that past Zack didn't know what to do. Mordred cackled like a mad man, the traces of amber vanishing from his eyes.
Apep had completely taken control over his body. Due to Mordred killing his father, Apep had managed to easily invade his body and take control over it.
The god couldn't have appeared in the world through any other means.
"I have already taken care of your timeline god, Kai as well as his brother Odin," Mordred cackled. "You are on your own."
'I can't watch this again…' Zack shut his eyes close.
He already knew that Apep would kill his past version and his friends. There was nothing any of them could do against such a powerful primordial god who had broken all restrictions.
'Now I know why Kai and Odin didn't help us. Odin was chained in heaven by Apep while Kai had fled to preserve his energy.
