"Time reversed?!" Zack's jaw dropped as a moment later, he was back on the roof with Emma.
He quickly masked his expression so that Emma couldn't see his shocked demeanor. After looking at the time, Zack realized that it was indeed the same time at which he and Emma had been sitting inside the guild.
'What the fk… I just went back in time.' Zack tried to think calmly yet the incident had shocked him.
Moments ago, he had been seeing a nuke falling towards himself, and now he was back in the past.
"Emma, we are leaving."
Emma nodded she could detect the sense of urgency in Zack's tone. It was her first time hearing Zack sound as though a bomb was about to drop on them.
A few moments later. both of them logged out of the game.
After waking up in real life, Zack immediately grabbed Emma's hand before he dashed towards Mia's room. He knocked on her door before waiting for a few seconds.
