The fairy king's forest was something that the game developers had taken from myths and hence it was ranked as pseudo myth grade. But the reason for it not being a myth-grade forest was because of it not having the real fairy king.
This was a pseudo version of the forest made specially for the quest. But it was nevertheless, a formidable place.
Since this was a special event only for the top 500 ranked players, Zack only had to click on the teleport button to go there. But he knew that there was no point in going on the first day.
The lower-ranked players would be trying to fight and see if they could win the rewards but little did they know that the place was more dangerous than they had imagined.
'The first round of over eager and over smart people should be over in a few hours. Most of them would be killed and the remaining ones who managed to somehow survive would quit the dungeon.'
In the end, only the top 25 or perhaps the top 50 had the chance to win.
so while everyone was trying to beat the dungeon, Zack decided to balance his stats for the fight.

After doing that, he decided to go ahead and practice a few moves that he could do using his skills.
There were three ways to get new skills in Hikari. The first was through monster drop but the drop rate of such skills was very low.
The second way was to buy skill books but their price was too expensive for a new player to buy.
Hikari had an ancient money system where exchanges were made in gold, silver, and bronze coins.
One silver coin was equal to 20 bronze coins while a gold coin was equal to ten silver coins. This meant that 200 bronze coins made a gold coin.
The currency exchange to the real world still hadn't been introduced so Zack didn't make any assumptions. After all, he had to remember that things might be different in his current life.
He had two of his lightning skills and Firerager. All in all, he was more prepared than any other player.
'I should head to the quest place now.' The mage then opened his inbox and clicked on the special quest. A teleport button was visible at the bottom of the quest page and after pressing on it, Zack's body started flickering.
After a few seconds, his entire body vanished. His vision turned black for a few seconds as the after-effects of the teleportation but when his vision returned, he saw that he was standing in front of the entrance to a cherry forest.
"So he is the number one player huh." An arrogant voice suddenly filled Zack's ears as he turned back to see a gathering of twenty-four people.
His eyes flickered over the player as he realized that he knew most of them. Standing alone on the right side of the group was WolfHeart.
She was wearing steel armor on her entire body and a helmet on her face. But her wavy pink hair were still visible out of the helmet.
She seemed to be staring in Zack's direction and so did the other 23 people. Gathered at the entrance of the fairy king's forest were the top 25 players in the entire game.
And he was at the top of them.
"He doesn't look like anything special. That's quite a basic appearance and he seems to be wearing chainmail armor. Hey Lin Fan, how did you manage to become the number one player that too while being level 10?" A young man with bright blue hair and mischievous green eyes asked Zack.
He was Ninja, one of the most popular streamers on the platform but his name was a legacy. The famous streamer had taken the name of a streamer from thirty-five years ago as a legacy.
But what most people didn't know was that Ninja was an arrogant player who thought that his gaming skills were superior but his reality was about to be shattered.
Standing beside Ninja were the players in the 7th, 8th, and 9th place in the rankings. But Zack's attention was instead focused on someone else.
Standing far away from the crowd of gathered people was a mysterious figure who, to Zack's shock, had his entire body hidden.
The figure looked as though he had been wrapped in shadows from bottom to top. But the 17-year-old boy knew why that was.
[ The Mask Of The Assassin (epic): A mask used by pro assassins to make sure that their identity was never revealed.
Special property: The user can hide his appearance from every person except those who outrank him by 10 or more levels.
Cooldown time: none ]
This was a mask that had become popular during the middle phases of the game. It could be used to secretly step inside a guild and assassinate its members or to simply rob lower-level players.
The other person would just see the person wearing the mask being wrapped in shadows.
But Zack knew that these masks hadn't shown up till very later on but the figure had it in such early stages of the game.
[ Player Elyon has used the inspection skill on player Lin Fan ]
[ Due to Player Lin Fan having a higher level than Player Elyon, the skill cannot work. ]
'He has inspection too!' Zack looked as though he had just been told that he had gotten an F on his maths test.
Inspection was a general thing that all players could use to check the information about skills, places, their equipment, etc. But no one could use the skill to check another person's stats or equipment.
For that, there was a higher version of inspection available and only ten such skills were present on the four continents. Yet the player named Elyon had the skill.
'Is he a reincarnated person too?' That was the first thing that entered Zack's mind when he and Elyon exchanged glances. For a moment, Elyon's form flickered and Zack was able to catch a sight of hazel brown eyes staring at him before it returned back to the shadow-covered figure.
If Elyon was indeed a reincarnated player then it meant that other forces were intervening in his current life.
Many questions came inside his mind however he had no one who could answer his questions. He could try contacting the voice again but it was not the right time to do it.
He first needed to complete the quest.
But before that, he had to determine who amongst the gathered players were his enemies and who were his allies. The chances of them being his allies weren't that high yet he had to make sure that he wasn't ambushed inside the forest.
Zack was pretty confident that he could wipe most of the players gathered there yet there were some who he was wary of.
'If Elyon has those two things, he might have more hidden things. He would be a dangerous person. As for this Lazy Panda player, I still don't know who out of these players he is.' Zack already knew that Ninja would be making a move on him amongst the other players beside him but there was nothing that he could do about it.
If worse came to worse, he still had ten mystery boxes stored up in his inventory. But in the end, it all depended on his luck.
And if Elyon really was a reincarnated person, there was a chance that he had the reincarnated person's luck too.
Zack then turned his gaze away from the gathered crowd and stared at the cherry tree forest. It looked like a beautiful place from the outside but only he knew the horrors of the forest.
To clear the place, one needed to reach the deepest part of the forest and battle the dungeon boss there. But the difficulty increased the deeper you went.
There were a lot of shortcuts and hidden places in the forest that Zack was planning to visit to gain the maximum benefits but now, he had another reason to visit them.
'Let's see if you are a reincarnated person or not.' Zack stared at Elyon and he could feel that the latter was doing the same thing.
Looks like the quest was going to be more exciting than he had originally thought it would be.
