The second round of voting for the presidential election ended with a dramatic scene: Henry Tower and Ryan's support rates plummeted to 3% and 5% respectively, while Nathan Mamet's support rate rose from the original 25% to 45%. Gem Atkinson's support rate increased from the original 30% to 47%.
According to the electoral system of Yat Nation, candidates with a support rate below 10% lose their eligibility to run, and those who achieve over 50% can secure the presidency directly.
Hence, Henry Tower and Ryan were out of the race in the second round PK. However, since neither Nathan Mamet nor Gem Atkinson surpassed 50%, the final election would take place between the two of them.
