The next day.
The days of summer always arrived early, even though it was only the early morning, but the sunlight had already penetrated through the thick curtains, casting the room in a bright white glow.
Under the blanket, Forsythia Brown moved a little, still curled up in Gem Atkinson's arms, and mumbled, "Did you check on Beas again?"
Since last night, Beas began sleeping alone in his own bedroom. Gem Atkinson and Forsythia Brown took turns checking on the little creatures' bedroom throughout the night, and he slept very peacefully.
Beas had slept in an incubator since birth. Then after leaving the incubator, he had always been accompanied by Seventeen, and later, when he returned to Gem Atkinson's side, the two were almost inseparable for 24 hours. He had never slept alone before. They thought that Beas sleeping alone would encounter some problems, but unexpectedly, it went incredibly smoothly.
The couple took turns checking on him, which exhausted them both.
