As Forsythia Brown, Liz, and others rushed out of the backyard gate and followed the plan to slaughter a few wolves, things didn't go as Liz said—they couldn't smoothly make it to the woods 500 meters away because the mutated wolves were simply too fast.
Some caught up with Mindo and Seema, while others lunged straight towards the back door. Some even leapt onto the enclosure wall and then jumped down, surrounding Forsythia Brown, Peter Andrews, Liz, and the rest from the outside again.
More and more wolves gathered, cornering the three against a wall.
