Audrey rolled her eyes and said, "To be precise, they must think you're a particularly different kind of foreigner."
Josh chuckled, "Little girl, you're not being fair. Being beautiful is just that, not oddity."
The shopping cart had reached the snack aisle. Audrey stood up without hesitation, grabbed chips and chocolates, and added them to the cart, saying, "Oddly beautiful."
Josh frowned in thought, not quite understanding, but figured as long as it was beautiful, it was fine. She said, "Hey, don't buy chocolate. Be careful or Beas might get ideas again."
Beas now had a sweet tooth. Audrey once secretly let him taste chocolate, only to have him take a liking to it and secretly consume Audrey's supply. Afterwards, he had stomach issues, but luckily Josh's impressive medical skills treated him in time.
Audrey said, "Don't worry, I'll hide it well this time."
