Audrey nodded, not quite understanding. She looked at Gem Atkinson and said, "Daddy, I want to change my surname."
Gem's face darkened, and he tapped her on the head, "Change your head." There is only one descendant from the eldest son's family of the Atkinson Manor. If she wants to change it, wouldn't that turn the Atkinson family upside down?
Audrey touched the sore spot on her head and said, "I want to change my surname to 'Brown', to have the same surname as Mommy. That way, when I grow up, I can marry Clive."
Forsythia Brown watched her with amusement and then glanced at a fuming Gem Atkinson and the ever-calm Clive, finally saying, "Audrey, I think the question of who you should marry, at the very least, should wait until you're studying at Riverdale University."
"Oh right, I also want to be a diplomat. I'll decide after I become a diplomat."
