Gem Atkinson tenderly kissed the little creature once more and said, "Alright, trust your dad and go home with grandma. Keep her company nicely. We wouldn't want grandma to fall ill with worry once grandpa wakes up, alright?"
"Okay. Grandma, let's go home. Dad and mom are here. Grandma, don't worry."
Eleanor Spencer Atkinson and Forsythia Brown, after all, didn't share much of an emotional bond; Forsythia just nodded her head, said 'thank you' then took Audrey and left.
Clive had been silent at the side the whole time. Gem patted his head and said, "The manor may be a bit chaotic for a while, and you need to take care of Audrey."

Forsythia gave Clive a few more instructions before he finally took his leave.
