Forsythia Brown slowly straightened up from leaning against the washbasin, looking intently at Emma Price.
Having been in politics for decades, Emma's presence was no less than Forsythia's. She also looked back at her intently.
"First, your character is no longer worthy of standing by Gem's side. Second, I ask you, what benefits can you bring to Atkinson Manor?"
"Aunt, there is only one Gem Atkinson in this world."
Although Forsythia's answer was unrelated to the question, Emma, being a clear-headed person who had experienced politics, knew there was more. So, she asked without changing her expression, "So?"
"So even if everyone in this world thinks I'm not worthy of standing beside Gem, as long as Gem himself thinks I am, it's enough."
At her words, Emma's face changed slightly.
It was because of Eleanor Spencer Atkinson that Emma couldn't come to like Forsythia.
