"Hey, you little rascal!" Clive pretended to hit Audrey, who giggled and darted into Gem Atkinson's arms while making a face at Clive.
Seeing his little darling so pleased with her clothes, Gem couldn't help but kiss her tenderly a couple of times.
As she enjoyed trying on clothes, Gem signaled the salesperson to continue selecting outfits and shoes for his princess.
"Enough. There's no way she can wear all of these in a day," Clive said.
The selected outfits were pricey, totaling almost one million dollars. It wasn't necessary for a child to be so extravagant.
"As long as my little darling is happy, let her be," Gem replied.
Clive glared at him and whispered, "It's good to spoil a daughter, but not like this. It's not good for her to get used to overspending."
"Aren't you a big spender as well? What's wrong with that?"
"You..."
Eventually, under Gem's insistence, Audrey got a few more outfits, shoes, and accessories, totaling ten sets before they stopped.
