The meeting ended, and it was already 1 p.m.
Gem Atkinson mentioned to Fred Andrews, "Arrange for the video conference with the French party immediately," as he pushed open the door and walked in.
When he saw Eleanor Spencer Atkinson and Tiffany Mamet in his office, his eyebrows furrowed slightly. He only said, "Mom, what are you doing here?" before he went straight to the desk.
He sat down in his executive chair and felt something was amiss.
Someone had tampered with the documents on his desk!
"Fred, go to the secretariat and ask who touched the documents on my desk. Tell her to leave," he said.
Fred was about to leave the office after saying, "Okay, President," when Eleanor stood up and said, "It wasn't your secretary. It was Tiffany. She saw your desk was a mess and kindly organized it for you."
Tiffany quickly said, "I'm sorry, senior. Did I overstep?"
