When Alicia Carlisle entered the bedroom, Forsythia Brown was just waking up from hunger, still feeling groggy and unwilling to move.
"Forsythia?"
Forsythia rubbed her heavy head and uttered a brief "hmm".
"Get up and eat something." Alicia set down the tray she was holding and walked to the bed, reaching out to pat Forsythia's face, saying, "Aren't you embarrassed? You've been asleep all day, and you still won't get up?"
All day?
Forsythia woke up completely, opened her eyes, and sat up abruptly: Damn it, Gem Atkinson, you wait for me.
"Why didn't you wake me up? I messed up with the Baxter and Lee families...ah..."
The Baxter and Lee families were the other two she had to visit today.
As she spoke, Forsythia had already gotten out of bed, put on her shoes, and hurried to the bathroom to wash up. When she came back in, Alicia said, "Forsythia, don't worry, Mr. Atkinson has resolved the Baxter and Lee family issues."
"Gem? How did he solve it?"
