Chapter 15 - Chapter 15

When I woke up the next morning I saw my golem making skill had risen to lvl 5. My mana mastery also increased by 1 lvl.

I got up and went over to the ice box. It was more like a fridge than freezer so the blueberries weren't too cold. I put some in 2 bowls and brought one to diana.

I started thinking. I can do alot by myself but I've been lacking in finding food.

I looked at the wagon, for 1 the wagon is shabby. I know I thought it looked great but it was rushed and took 2 days to make.

Another thing was that a mobile home was good. Except there were probably still storms and such.

An underground house is the best option, but I dont have the materials for that.

I ate the rest of my berries before grabbing another armful.

I walked to the entrance of the wagon. I poured some berries in ivy's bowl and got her hooked to the wagon.

We hadn't started moving yet so i went back inside."What to do, what to do" 'Oh'

I could passively grind my earth golem making mana manipulation and dirt manipulation with the arena.

I pulled the arena out from under the bed.

I grabbed blue and brown and put them both in there. I set them to fight and filled them with several hours worth of mana.

I let them start going at it while Diana watched from the side. "Starting a garden could be useful ''

I could use mana to make them grow faster and dirt manipulation plus heat could make fertile dirt.

I walked outside and touched my hand on the ground. I pulsed my mana through it and found a few stones.

I moved the dirt to wrap around the stones before bringing them to the surface. I grabbed the stones and brought them to the wagon.

I set them on the ground.

I moved mana into the stones. First trying to lift them up was easy because it was all fused together.

Changing shape is when it gets hard. I tried to change it to a pole but saw the connection was way tougher than dirt.

I completely crushed the stone into a powder before trying to change its shape. It was more time consuming because there were more grains.

After coating each individual piece I changed its shape. I moved it to form a square.

After that I coated the entire thing with mana and compressed it so it stuck.

I made a perfect square but when I stopped sending mana to it it fell apart. 'That didn't happen with dirt'

I was going to try hardening it with heat but you can't really heat stone to stick.

"But I could" I took another stone. This time only wrapping the outside layer. I heated it until it was burning.

I used a lot of mana but it was now a liquid. I manipulated it to a square. I tried using my mana to take away the heat and it cooled down.

It was now a dark grey. I picked up the stone and felt it was completely smooth. "Noice" I reheated the stone with mana and turned it into a stone rod.

The process only took around 5 minutes this time.

I picked up the stone rod and spun it around. It was way sturdier but it was really smooth. I ended up dropping it.

It was slippery as well. I heated the stone back into a liquid and turned it into a stickman.

I put it inside the arena and set it to defend. I had both dirt stickmen attack it.

The first one ran with a warhammer smacking it on its head. The stone one put its arm up and blocked.

The other dirt one came from behind and kicked its back.

The stone one tanked it before jumping back words. I set the stone one to attack.

The stone one which I deemed as grey ran towards blue and brown.

Grey ran up and punched brown in the chest throwing it into a wall. Blue used the warhammer and slammed grey in the side.

Grey flew back a few inches before running up and kicking blue in the head. Blue's head flew off.

Brown came and kicked Grey but grey grabbed its leg and 2 handed slammed him on the floor.

Both blue and brown were laying on the ground regenerating.

I set all of them to idle. "Stone is way better than dirt" For weapons stone is the move now.

I refilled them all with mana and had them all continue fighting with stone on defence.

Diana took a liking to it and started watching them more intently.

"I've been grinding my earth mastery for a while but what about fire"

While earth is my main element fireball is a spell everyone needs. I gathered fire mana into my hands.

After a minute of concentrating a small flame lit up on my finger.

It was hot but didn't burn. I first moved it around for a bit. I tried switching the flame between my fingers.

It was fun at first but after a few minutes the flame started burning my fingers. I released the flame and saw it dissipate.

I looked at my fingers and saw small 1st degree burns.

It didn't hurt or anything. "Well fireball is off the list" maybe I should try something else. I looked outside and saw the waterfall still faraway.

"I'll just grind earth manipulation up" I went over towards the arena and saw Diana watching them fight with a bored look.

The stone still wasn't missing a piece while dirt was regenerating again. I deconstructed all 3 figures.

Instead I thought to get a little more creative. I remade 2 golems.

For the stone one I made a model of a horse. I then made a dirt stickman rider with a stone spear.

I used some dirt and made 5 dirt wolves. I set them all in the stadium.

I used golem making to bring them to life.

I set the wolves to attack and horse and rider to defend. I activated them both.

"What the fu-"

the horse and wolves got on 2 legs and started punching and kicking each other.

I stopped the fight and deactivated them. I looked at my status panel for golem making.

I went to the passive modes and saw how they attack. There were alot of panels open under it.

The one it was set to was how the first stickman fought, with fist.

I scrolled to an empty panel and clicked it. In Front of me a 3d model of the dirt wolf appeared.

It looked like animation software. It had a play, rewind, name and markers for limbs.

I imagined the way it would move thinking of every single wolf thing I've ever seen.

I clicked play and saw a bunch of animations of running, attacking, pouncing and more.

I set all of the wolves to attack and saw them attack like regular wolves would. I then did the same for the horse and named that panel horse.

I reset them both to fight and saw they fought normally. "If it can do this with memories, if I watch an alligator, I can study how it attacks!"

"Actually I could relive every single memory from a 3rd person point of view" "I could relive fights and even learn from them"

It would be useful incase i had to fight a new animal. I set them both to attack and watched them go at it.

I got up and walked away while it was happening. Using dirt manipulation I grabbed a lot of dirt to where it nearly reached my neck.

I sat down and concentrated on the dirt. I planned to make a large dirt wolf this time. It would basically be an immortal warrior aslong as I had mana.
