This black haired beauty, wore blue skinny jeans, a loose top and black hoody while sitting at the bus stop waiting for the 90 to come and pick her up. The change she held in her hand now grows hot and sticky.
A stranger clad in dark cloths walked from around the block, she carefully watched him from where she sat before looking away. She couldn't make him out because of the angle she was sitting, but when he got close, her chest tightened. He was tall, taller then the average person, but it wasn't his height that took her breath away. It was his eyes, his eyes shine a light brown with a hint of what looks to be purple. She notices his sharp features, his jaw was tense almost like he was sucking on his tongue. He seemed tired, but his eyes were sharp taking in everything around him, including her watching him. She looks down and fiddles with her change embarrassed that he had caught her looking at him.
He sat next to her at the bus stop, and she scooted away leaving enough room between the two of them, with him sitting so close she almost felt suffocated, the air around him seem to be thick with tension. She took a chance to side glance at him, and she caught him staring at her. He could smell her, as he walked around the corned. He had been out and about walking around for no reason.
When he stumbled upon her scent. He heard her heart race as her got closer and took the seat next to her. She smelt like rain and tulips, which was confusing because most humans smelt like sweat and metal. She was pretty he had to give her that. But when she shifted just the slightest to look at him, he held his breath. Her eyes, they were like liquid gold with flecks of emerald, he had never seen anything like it before. He wondered how she had gotten those eyes, he had to be careful. He watched her like an animal watching prey and she quickly looks away just as the bus stopped in front of them.
She quickly stood and got on the bus, the stranger followed right behind her, getting on to the bus as well. He watched closely as she paid the fee and choose a spot to sit. She picked a seat next to a young man, who looked to be about the same age as her 20-25. They started to chat, and she must have know him, with her body language she seemed relaxed.
The stranger walked past them to the back of the bus and sat quietly with his head down. He contemplated why he was even following her, was it her scent? or was it the fact that her eyes that intrigued him? or could it be both?
Both the black haired women and the young man talk and said their goodbyes as her companion got off at the next stop. She couldn't help but wonder what the stranger was doing in the back. Turning her body she glanced at him in the back, he seemed to be asleep as she watched him, but it was all for show.
He was fascinated by her, she is beautiful like nothing he has ever seen and yet something deep in his chest felt tight and uncomfortable. Whenever he felt like this, trouble always followed him, what trouble could this women bring?
She stands up and pulls the string signaling the bus driver that the next stop is hers. As she takes her leave she says thank you in a polite tone to the driver and just as she's about to step off takes on last look at the stranger at the back of the bus. How sad he looked she thinks to her self. Stepping off she walks the last mile home.
He watched her, just as the bus is about to leave and she had walked a few feet he stopped the bus driver, lieing that he had fallen asleep, and to stop the bus so he could get off. He jumped off the bus in a hurry not to lose sight of the mysterious black hair women.
She had walked to the end of the block and turned down a narrow street that led behind business buildings. He caught up to her now watching from a distance, even so she could feel someone following her. She turned to see if someone was following her, but he hid in the shadows. It was getting late, she checked her phone and it showed it was 6:45pm. She continues walking but stops, she knows there someone there, with her hearing and senses, she picked up the light steps of someone behind her, the person was there but at a distance. She breathed calmly if someone was following her, she could handle it.
She walked a few more feet before stopping. There was definitely someone behind her. She turned around and meet face to face with the stranger. Her heart raced, and she tried to find away out but couldn't he was blocking her way. His body was larger then hers, he seemed to take up all the space around her like a dark cloud. She let out a scream and ran back the way she came but he was to fast for her. Wrapping his arms around her, he pulls her against his chest in a death grip. She thrashed and screams but there no one was there to help her. The fear on her face only made the whole thing more exciting for him.
"I've caught you now little mouse." He whispers in her ear. He leaned closed to her and inhaled her scent. She tried to push him off but couldn't, no matter how she tried it felt like she was push a metal wall. He gripped her face with one hand to look her in the eyes, and she froze. His eyes, oh God his eyes. They turned a bright purple as his teeth started to enlarge, she was in trouble and she knew it. A gasp escaped her lips, and she snorted. Now it was his time to freeze.
"Or so you think." She said back smugly, and in a flash she had them on the floor taking him by surprise. I was all an act, and he didn't even catch on to that. She slipped from his hold and was now straddling him on the floor, her knees pinning his arms so he couldn't move. He struggled but couldn't move. How? In another fluid motion she pulled a dagger from her side, and uses it to put pressure to his throat. She smiles at him, and he glares back. But the fight wasn't over.
He smirks back and as if trained for it, flipped a blade from his wrist and knocked the blade out of her hand with one of his, gripping her thigh with his other hand flips them over to trade positions. He had her arms pinned above her head with one and and with the other he wiggled his finger at her. His legs held her in place as she wiggled on the floor like a worm.
"Tisk-tisk little wolf you think you had the upper hand on me." He gave her his breath taking smile. She growled and bared her teeth at him wiggling in his grasp. "You thought you could take me by yourself. Do you not know who I am?" He questioned her.
"Oh I know who you are Diego Rares son of Donas Rares. Who ever said I was alone." She smirking when she heard the sound of a gun loading and a figure stepped out from the shadows hold a 50 caliber.
"Step away from the pretty lady lad." His voice was rough but once he stepped out from the shadows he was nothing but muscle. He wasn't as good looking as Diego but he was in the running.
Before Diego could say anything a large mass rammed his side causing him to fall and roll over. A black wolf had him pinned to the floor barring his teeth down at Diego. All Diego could do was hiss back, he couldn't move his body. The black hair women stood above him dusting herself off then placed a delicate hand on the massive black wolf head and looked down at Diego. The wolfs eyes flickered from Diego to her then back down again at him again, but lifted some pressure this time. She looked down at Diego and smiled in triumph.
"No Diego, it is you who doesn't know who I am." Diego looked at her and hissed, he didn't like to be dominated over, not in training, not in fights and especially not in bed. She knelt over his head and continued to smile. "Let me introduce myself." She placed a hand on his forehead and stroked the hair from her face. His dark hair against his fair skin made him look like a male snow white. "I am Claira Rares, daughter of Luca Rares." He stared at her dumb founded.
He stopped struggling and watched Claira with a blank expression. He had no idea that this women was the daughter of Luca head of the lycans. He smirked at her faining interest and shrugged. "Well I guess I'm the mouse now aren't I."
She huffed a laugh. "I don't play cat and mouse games."
Diego shrugged up at her, while smirking "Dear Lady, in the world we live in, we are all playing the cat and mouse game. You just have to decide if you are the cat or the mouse."
