When they got back to the office, they found her father seated. Cyrene stared at her father, who was currently holding his head with hands on the office desk.
It was like he was having the biggest problem of his life. Lucas really looked very stressed. Cyrene was surprised. She rarely sees her father like this.
"What is going on?" She asked no one in particular but still looked at her father with confusion.
"The headboard has confirmed your father's worst fear. They are on their way here. Someone else has called them and told them what is going on." Her mother told her as she moved to where she was standing and pulled her for a side hug.
Cyrene hugged her back, but she was still concerned about what was going on.
"What fear?" Cyrene asked with a deep frown. At that moment, she was already thinking of the worse.
"I promise you that everything is going to be okay," Her mother smiled at her. Jumanah was clearly trying to comfort her.
