~ Somewhere In The Village ~
Miss Helene was in a midst of a battle defending her position where the residents of the village gather to make a way to the forest with the rest of the villager's men. With the help of the villagers who can still fight, they were able to repel the bandits who were trying to break through to her defense *klang* *kling*. They'd kill every bandits who were trying to reach in order to protect the villagers. Although miss Helene is specialized in healing because of her high healing nature elemental magic aptitude, she was still able to stood up, pick a sword and fight with the help of her experience to a sword when she was a kid.
After they killed the remaining bandits near them she decided to use her nature elements to make a wooden wall. However, she was worried because his son and daughter are still outside. She was hoping that the Village Chief were with them and safe. Before he could proceed, she heard shoutings from afar, and later she realized it was the Village Chief. When the Village Chief was getting closer and closer, miss Helene became confused as he look at the Village Chief all alone. Her worriedness became worst and she couldn't calm herself. After the Village Chief arrived near them, miss Helene was dumbfounded. The Village Chief was bewildered when he noticed miss Helene staring at him. The Village Chief waved his hands near miss Helene's eyes after he approached.
Helene's thoughts came back and suddenly asked the Village Chief "𝘸𝘩-𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳?" with a worried expression. The Village Chief was startled at her and he replied back with a disappointed expression and said "𝘪'𝘮....𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺". Helene's feelings shatter into pieces the moment she heard those words, she suddenly sat strained on the ground. Her eyes began to swam with tears as her lower lips quivered. She lower her face and covers her eyes with a hand and cried. She felt regretful for sending his son and daughter to the Village Chief's house. The Village Chief next said to her that.
"𝘪....𝘭𝘦𝘧𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘵....𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺, 𝘪 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘒𝘢𝘳𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵. 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦....𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮". The Village Chief next said to her "𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘵....𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦, 𝘪 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵. 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘪....𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘩𝘦. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘪 𝘩𝘪𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 4 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴". Helene suddenly stood up from her spot while she was facing on the ground. She lift her head slowly and glared at him. Her eyes were red as she smile intimidating. The Village Chief got scared and confused, he thought did he do something wrong? no, after suddenly receiving a slap on his head from miss Helene "𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩".
The Villagers who were near them chuckled. Even though it's their Village Chief they couldn't help but laugh after hearing his story and witnessing how did miss Helene hit his head. The Village Chief said "𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳?" and miss Helene answered back "𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘫𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘴? 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘦𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘫𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦. 𝘠𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘬". The Village Chief also laughed and he said "𝘩𝘦𝘩𝘦...𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺". The Village Chief kept them safe by hiding in the basement because he knows how Helene cherishes his child more than the Village. He also doesn't have any thoughts for leaving or betraying them for it is his duty as a Village Chief to protect.
Helene got pissed off and she said to him with a serious expression "𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮?". The Village Chief immediately answered back, he said "𝘸𝘦'𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳, 𝘭𝘦𝘵'𝘴 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘴. The Village Chief added, he said "𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦". Helene was feeling uneasy, he knows that he has a point but it keeps bothering on her mind and her worriedness won't disappear after all her both son and daughter are still in the Village Chief's basement. Soon she agreed with the Village Chief to cooperate. However, before they could proceed, miss Marlene hurriedly approached them with her face filled with distress.
She said to them "𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦, 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦!! 𝘪 𝘴𝘢𝘸 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘢𝘧𝘢𝘳, 𝖺 𝗐𝖺𝗏𝖾 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘵𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘴!!". They all look to Marlene after they heeded. The Village Chief, Helene, and the rest of the Villager's men were alarmed by her unexpected news. Miss Helene was glad because the residents were far from them. If they heard this sudden news she's afraid that a panic attack might occur. However, when they heard beasts, they all felt frightened. They all knew how deadlier the beast is and some of them had already encountered it. They are now having a hard time fighting the bandits let alone facing a beasts that are more powerful, scarier, and deadlier than a human, a retreat is the only solution for them. The Village Chief was worried, they only have a few men who have an elemental magic aptitude and the worst is that they only know few skills such as basics which is not enough. However, it doesn't mean that he will easily give up.
Helene Suddenly chant a spell, she said "𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦: 𝘞𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘭!!" *rumble*. The villager's men and the Village Chief were astounded as they watch a wall made of wood was rising from the ground. The height of the wooden wall was taller than the normal commoner's house with a length from his position covering their area. Enough to keep the bandits delay their advance and to create a route for their escape. Helene after using her magic suddenly felt dizzy due to energy exhaustion. The Village Chief was surprised to Helene for using a different spell besides the healing spell "𝘪 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘉ü𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘤 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨" the Village Chief thought.

The residents were astonished as they notice a wooden wall. They keep suspecting about the sudden appearance of the wall so the rest of them decided to take a look. "𝘸𝘰𝘢𝘩....𝘪 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦" Marlene said as her face and eyes were filled with curiosity. Helene replied, she said "𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭....𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴...𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨" and turned her gaze to the wall. The Village Chief let out a sigh of relief for he was glad by the situation. They don't have now to be worry about the bandits, for now. The villager's men praised Helene for her ability to be able to use a magic. The Village Chief and the rest immediately discussed a plan. He first count his men of the village and it was a total of 81 both women and men who can still fight including himself and the residents who arrived to see the wall.
They keep talking about the current issue regarding the cause of this sudden raid without them knowing and the place that they will live next. However, there was one thing that they all couldn't know. How did the bandits were able to infiltrate? they wondered. One of them said "𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘸 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘴, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦?" the Village Chief also thought about that but, it has already happened and the patrols he appointed are nowhere to be found. After a minutes of discussion, they agreed to the Village Chief, and the Village Chief assigned his men who can still fight to defend their position and to look out for any bandits that they will notice. While the three of them decided to guide the residents to lead the way and told them to follow after they all evacuate the residents inside the village.
After the discussion, the Village Chief, Helene, and Marlene went to where the residents gathered. When they arrived, Helene first searched for miss Cecilia, Hans's mother and Marlene went to his husband while the Village Chief still proceeded and didn't mind the two. Helene found Cecila along with Hans sitting on a crate. She shouted as she approach so that they can hear it "𝘊𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘢!! 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘴!!". When they noticed, Cecilia and Hans approached her and said "𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦?" Cecilia said "𝘶𝘩𝘮....𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦, 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘥 𝘒𝘢𝘳𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘝𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘦?" Hans added. Helene replied immediately with a disappointed look, she said "𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭" when she finished what she say, Cecilia also became worried for her and she suddenly hugged Helene to comfort. Helene tap Cecilia's back as she look to Hans and said "𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘝𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘧'𝘴 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨".
Helene told them to follow her when they leave but Hans was against it, he said "𝘢-𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦?" Helene sighed and replied, she said "𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘪 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯, 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘪 𝘯𝘦𝘨𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮, 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦, 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘢𝘤𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘭𝘭" Hans was glad as he look down. Her mother and miss Helene stared to each other briefly and soon chuckled because of him. After that, the three of them went to the Village Chief.
"𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺!! 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺!!" Marlene shouted, "𝘩𝘶𝘩? 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦" Fritz mumbled as he looked everywhere. "𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺!!!" Marlene said and suddenly *smack* on his husband's head from his back "𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩, 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦--𝘦𝘩?" Fritz saw his wife infront of him standing as she cross her hands with a bitter look. "𝘰𝘩...𝘰𝘩 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺, 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯" Fritz said "𝘪'𝘮 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺" he added. "𝘩𝘮𝘮? 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘰?" Marlene said "𝘺𝘦𝘴" Fritz quickly replied with an angelic look. Marlene raised her right eyebrow and suddenly *smack* again on his husband's head "𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩!! 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘪 𝘥𝘰??" Fritz said as he cover his head.
Marlene glared at him with an intimidating aura and said "𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭??" Marlene pointed and smiled. How did she know, was that really obvious, Fritz thought and gulped as he laugh forcefully. Marlene grabbed and pinched his right ear and drag him out of the crowds "𝘯𝘰, 𝘯𝘰, 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯" Fritz said as he suffer from pain by getting dragged.
Marlene ignored him and continued her way. "𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯" the Village Chief said as he stand infront of the crowds at the piles of wooden crates, counting the residents. Later, when Helene arrived along with Hans and Cecilia the Village Chief shouted and now began to notify them. The Village Chief told them to follow Helene to the forest. While the Village Chief was saying to them, Helene was glad that they listen well and a panic attack didn't occur so she chuckled.
After that, they all now followed Helene towards the forest. The Village Chief and miss Helene were able to organized them without causing a panic. The Village Chief was worried if the bandits might be found them escaping so he told them all to be fast. As he was guiding the residents a man hurriedly came into his presence he said "𝘝𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘧! *huff* 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘪 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘥". The Village Chief suddenly turned at him with a worried expression and ordered him to send a message to miss Helene about the current situation of the bandits. However, before they all could move, the Village Chief saw on the sky with hundreds of arrows falling. He shouted "𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳" and ran quickly near the houses. The moment the residents noticed the Village Chief's warn, they panicked.
Helene, Cecilia, and Hans were confused as to why did the residents suddenly ran. Helene turned around and saw hundreds of arrows falling from the sky. Unfortunately, the arrows were covered with fire on it. The fire spread across their area, charring their wooden wall and the near houses, the rest of the villagers were hit by the arrows that caused them to die. Helene decided to go back but she was been stopped by Cecilia and Hans because it was too dangerous. Helene turned to them with her face looking anxious. Cecilia and Hans were startled by her and accidentally let her hand. Helene didn't listen to them and ran quickly to the Village Chief. Cecilia and Hans have no choice left, they thought and believed that they will regret for not stopping her so they followed her.
"𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦!! 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘴!! 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘱𝘴𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘰𝘯!!" Heinrich shouted as he notice Helene running towards the wall. Helene ignored his warnings and proceeded. "𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦?!" Fritz said where they hid in a house "𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘭𝘦𝘵'𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘩𝘦𝘳" Marlene smiled and replied as she look at her husband "𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘯𝘰! 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘴! 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨" Fritz said as he angrily look at his wife.
There's no way we will risk to go there, Fritz thought. Marlene gazed coldly and suddenly *smack* and said "𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥, 𝘪𝘧 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘪 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥, 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘳, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘺....𝘪 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶" Marlene told truthfully to him. Fritz realized what he did, it broke his pride and the worst is that her wife was the one who told him. Marlene chuckled as she see her husband looking down and upset, she said "𝘯𝘰𝘸 *smack* 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘯".
After the attack, the Village Chief ordered his remaining men to take the wounded residents so that they can be treated and splash water into the burned house to shut the fire. When he was instructing his men, Helene arrived hurriedly. Helene was shocked by the casualties caused by their arrows, she can hear noises, suffering from pain. Without a hesitation, she immediately approached every wounded residents to heal them thanks to her high elemental magic spell.
When she executes her spell, every piece of flesh started to regenerate on the villager's arm. His wounds are slowly healing and forming a new skin cells and it made every people around her surprised. Some of them realized her true identity and some of them were astonished. One of them shouted, he said "𝘪-𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘖𝘧 𝘉ü𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘯!!!" they murmured. Every man, woman, wounded or not, they watch how Helene heal and carry a wounded patient on her left arm while she was kneeling. It was as if they are seeing an angel that descended.
The Village Chief was impressed, he didn't know that her elemental magic aptitude of healing was this higher. He was glad that there will be no problem treating the wounded residents, the only left is to confront the bandits, he thought. He approached Helene and asked if it was okay to heal the rest of the wounded residents. He also told her to get inside that house to treat them there. Helene immediately agrees with no hesitation. The villager's men brought any wounded patient to miss Helene to heal. Although, she was the only one who has an elemental magic aptitude for healing, it didn't make the others interrupt to help treat them. The Village Chief decided to stay at the front and leave some of men and he ordered the others to take the residents to the forest. The villagers were against his decision however, when he convinced them, they had no choice but to obey inorder to protect the villagers.
