Alexander had arrived in the Circarpous system about 6 hours later. During his travel he already ordered the small Garrison stationed on the planet to arrest the Governor and await for his arrival.
The Governor of Circarpous IV was sitting in his office when two Guardian Knights knocked on his office door. On each planet within the Terran Ascendency there was a minimum requirement of 4 Guardian knights to be station on the planet along side the Garrison.
This bolstered the defense of the planet provided the Officer in charge with two Force user which he could rely on should anything happen.
The Governor didn't know who would come and visit him at this hour in the day but nobody without a proper reason could get this far into the Governor's Palace.
"Come in" said the Governor as he continued to look at the paper in his hands.
The two Guardian Knights walked into the room and they didn't waste anytime as once the door was closed one of the Guardian Knights used the Force to pick the Governor up out of his seat.
"Hey what are you doing" Screamed the Governor as the sounds of struggle could be heard from outside his office alerting the two Palace Guards outside the door.
The Palace Guards were employed by the Governor not by the Central Government of the Terran Ascendency so they were naturally loyal to the Governor rather than the Terran Ascendency.
The Palace Guards barged into the room and aimed their weapons at the two Guardian Knights "Let the Governor go now" Shouted one of the Palace Guards as he was ready to pull the trigger.
But before the Palace Guards could react, one of the Guardian Knights released a wave of Force energy, knocking them to the ground. The Governor, still suspended in mid-air, watched in horror as his loyal guards fell helplessly.
"Release me immediately!" demanded the Governor, his voice quivering with anger and fear.
The second Guardian Knight approached him, his eyes fixed on the struggling Governor. "Governor, you are hereby placed under arrest by order of His Highness," he stated firmly.
The Governor's face contorted with disbelief. "Arrest? What is the meaning of this?" he exclaimed, his voice filled with desperation.
"You have disobeyed a Direct order by her Highness and as such you are under arrest"
the Knight responded, his voice devoid of any emotion as he had no sympathy for this useless Governor in front of him.
"You will be taken into custody and judged by his Highness."
As the Governor was slowly lowered to the ground, his mind raced with thoughts of how to escape. He knew that conviction would mean not only the end of his political career but also the end of his life.
Desperation fueled him as he lunged towards a hidden button beneath his desk, activating a silent alarm that would summon his personal bodyguards. He hoped that they would arrive in time to save him from this predicament.
But as he reached for the button, a firm hand grasped his wrist, preventing him from pressing it. The second Guardian Knight had anticipated his move and acted swiftly.
"You can't escape so give up," the Knight said calmly, his grip unyielding.
But the Governor still tried to fight back and even hit the Knight which forced the Knight to throw him against the wall.
The Governors body crashed into the wall as the energy that he had before gone. His body wouldn't move at all as if it was frozen in place.
Before long, eight additional soldiers entered the room, all of them dressed in the standard uniform of the Terran Army.
"Sir, just an update. His Highness will be landing in the Palace Courtyard and we have been tasked with securing the area for his arrival. We have also detained any remaining guards inside and outside of the Palace," the soldier reported while saluting the Guardian Knights. Although not part of the official Military, the Guardian Knights held respected ranks and were to be addressed accordingly.
"Thank you soldier, now take those guards into custody and take them outside along with the rest, We will be out there not too long from now" Said the Guardian Knight
The soldier nodded and quickly went about his task, rounding up the detained guards and leading them out of the room. The two Guardian Knights released their grip on the Governor, allowing him to slide down the wall, his legs weak and trembling beneath him.

They quickly cuffed him and took him towards the courtyard where they would wait on Alexander to arrive to deal with the Governor and the Palace Guards.
