Quietly, they rolled into the building through the window. The room was dark, an empty room, no light, nothing!
"We're in" Simi muttered
"Why is it so dark in here?" Lauren asked over the earbud.
She wasn't going to give through the stress of hopping and running and all that.
These days, she's been lazy, she is overdue for a long relaxing vacation.
"It looks more like a ghosted room" Kat adds
"Yeah sure. What part of the building are we in Kat?" Simi asked
"The furthest building from the main mansion. Suda's house is the third building. Heavily guarded. They have over ten CCTV cameras and the chances of breaking in and coming out unnoticed are not guaranteed" Kat offered with a defeated sigh
"Why are we doing this again?" Simi asked
"To find out about Quills?" Kat reminded
"Yeah. And we're not going to make it out is not the best of motivation" Simi said
