' Seriously, this place is a fraction of a building. I feel sorry for the ones who constructed this thing.' Xavier slowly walked the path to the door as the gate opened.' Wow, so many flowers, there's roses, lilies, and some stuff I don't even know. I just wonder how I'm able to skip through every situation so normally. Had it been me from my past life I'd lick the guy's shoes when there wasn't any need. Thinking back I was kinda a slave back then. Still, I left Andrew alone but I guess that's out of my power.'
Even the lawn was perfect,' In this world, there are no lawnmowers because of the technology yet I've never seen a lawn more perfect than this.'
As Xavier walked slowly, he bumped into one of the maids," Sorry about that."
It seemed that she was carrying a bag of things until it all fell out when Xavier bumped into her. Xavier quickly picked up everything and packed it back into her bag.
The maid of course wore the same maid's clothing. She had long and wavy black hair which extended straight down her back. Her eye color was brown and her eyelids were shorter than Xavier's. Her lips were extremely pink. She looked like she was still in her teens. She was the same maid who looked through the window when they arrived.
Xavier jumped up and bowed continuously," I'm so sorry."
She looked at him in confusion," It's my fault, and besides you packed it better."
As she walked off, Xavier thought,' If I met her in my previous life as the nerd I was I would probably have been captivated by her beauty. That reminds me why don't I feel anything when most of the beautiful women here are around my age? Probably just this small body.' Xavier sighed.
As Xavier opened the door. His mouth widened. The floor was made of cedarwood and the windows had a shade like glass. The wooden dinner table stretched out to the walls with a glass chandelier above. The chairs had unique decorations with golden stripes and curved handles. The balcony had a fence-like design and had the same chairs as before and on the table on the balcony, there stood a plant. And the stairs were curved. The layout of the house closed in making a small piece of land with a huge tree in the house.' I found my new favorite place.' And the curtains were black. There were many photos of Baron as an adult and as a child with his family. Even the rooms looked like their own houses.
' This place is huge.'
" Hello, sir, food is ready would you like me to bathe you?" The maid held her skirt and bowed.
" Uhh, no-no thanks," Xavier uttered.
' Well, that was creepy. Noblemen must be pretty smug to be washed by their maids.'
As Xavier entered the bathroom. He wasn't even shocked. The guest bathroom was a quarter the size of the living room. It was too huge.' To be expected.' Xavier sighed.

As Xavier came out of the shower, a maid stood in front of him." Your clothes, sir." She handed him the clothes.
' Hey, this is clothes for nobles!' As Xavier placed on the clothes he felt jealous.' These clothes are too comfortable!'
Xavier despised nobles so anytime they came up he would get angry. As he was going to leave the bathroom one of the maids brushed his hair in front of the bathroom mirror.' This is getting repetitive.'
As they left Xavier stood in the mirror. The clothes were the same as Baron's but smaller. It was dark red with gold decorations and the chest window was blocked with a handkerchief. The sleeves were long but cut short by a fantasy design. And the pants were black with a normal belt. When he decided to leave the bathroom. It was already nighttime.
As he left the bathroom for dinner, he was out of energy. The house was a bit too big. So he had to walk almost a marathon. Xavier pulled a chair and sat at the table with Baron, the maid he met at the entrance, and Katherine.
" Now that's better." Baron clapped at the tired Xavier.
" This clothing is too fancy." Xavier pushed his head and rest on the dinner table waiting for the food.
The butler came and sent the food to the table." Good night, Sophia." The old man smiled.
" Good night, grandpa." The black-haired maid from before replied.
' So they're related. They must have nowhere else to go so they work here."
Xavier couldn't wait to eat as the food was placed on the table. In the middle, there was a big boar head with apples on the sides. Bread on the other sides and chicken meat elsewhere. There were also sweets on one side. Salad and fruits on the others. And a huge basket of fruits. And lastly, soup. Xavier watched as Katherine dug in the sweets.
" Slow down Katherine, look at Xavier. Still don't have table manners don't you?" Baron said as he looked at Katherine.
" I'm sorry." Her face saddened.
' Looks like the quiet Katherine changes when food is involved.'
Xavier gave a bit of his food to Katherine. Her face had lightened once again.
" Thank you, Xavier," Katherine said.
' It looks like Baron and Katherine is kinda like family even though she is a maid and his apprentice. Maybe, he adopted her?'
" Do you have any family?" Xavier asked Katherine.
" I was a slave not too long ago until Sir Baron wiped out the whole slave merchants and set everyone free. I have no idea who my family is."
' Well, that would explain the hungry side. Being a slave probably limited her eating. Eating like that, I'm surprised she's still in shape. On the outside, she looks a bit cold but on the inside, she's no different from a kid her age.'
" Well then, I'm gonna go to bed." Xavier got up and wished everyone a good night.
" Have a great night, Xavier." Baron smiled as he said this.
As Xavier opened the guest room. He wasn't surprised. The whole white bed was almost bigger than the room. Xavier then head palm," No surprises there!"
