SCARLET'S POV
Twenty minutes later, after I called Derek and called him over, the girls and I heard the sound of a car pulling up into the premises.
"Is it Big brother?" Sera asked curiously. Rushing towards the door to check.
"Let's go and check. I'm curious to know what he discovered," Taylor said, following Sera from behind.
I did the same. I followed both Sera and Lory out through the door. My mind was on Alex. I couldn't wait to see Alex and hug him. My heart has been yearning for him. We got outside and didn't see Alex. But we did see a car outside the house. It was no other person than Derek himself. He came down quickly and approached us.
"Hey girls. I came as soon as I cut the call. I hope I'm not late for the super important meeting?" Derek asked, standing before us.
Sera moved closer to him and embraced him tightly. "No you're not late," Sera answered Derek.
