"Hmm… Why did your dad is still not coming out of his study? I already mind-link him to come and have dinner." wonder the former queen as she saw the chairs at the head of the table is still empty. She had already mind-link him five minutes ago and asked him to come down.
"Let me go and call him here then. You can take a sit first, mom." Dylan volunteer to go and check on his father. Who know what he do upstairs. In Dylan's mind however assume that his father tried to delay meeting up with his wife. And he might also hope that he can get away by locking himself in the study.
"Really? Thanks, honey. And please be quick. I already felt hungry, no, I means starving."
"Alright. I will." Said Dylan as he leaving the dining table. He take a big strides towards the grand stairs and take a three steps at once instead of one at a time, it all thanks to his long legs.
