During Dylan's two days stay in his palace, he was ask and urge by his mother to undergo several types of check-up. He just complied with her wish even though he is a little bit resultant at first. But, as to help her found her peace back and at the same time she will threaten him that she will not eat anything. She will sleep all the time and refuse to wake up from the bed. It happen a lot in the past.
Dylan release a heavy sigh after him and the pack doctors successful to convince his mother that he is in his best condition already. He really get sick of the smell of the clinic room and miss the sweet smell of his mate. When thinking about his mate, Dylan still have not found the way how to break it to his parent or how to bring his mate to his side just yet.
To his luck, Dylan's investigation team found out the culprit that had been the supplier of silver and wolfbane to the dead rogues. He had instruct them to find the supplier before he left for palace. It turns out that it is the human in the neighbouring country. They plant a lot of wolfbane and make it a part of their way earning more money from the wolf hunters.
To his unexpected, the place where they plant them is just next to the village his mate live. He really don't want to bring any harm to her. But he need to stop it soon or it will be unknown wildly about the existence of his kind and their weakness will be used to make them complied with their every enemies' wishes. That need to put into a stop at once. Those who have known their weakness need to die. And he as the leader of his kingdom and his kind need to make sure everyone of them is free from any threat in their life.
In the next three days, Dylan had come up with a new plan. He decided to make an announcement of his come back and his plan in starting a war to give their kind a peaceful life and surrounding. The real reason to start the war to bring back his mate is only known to the warriors that will go along with him to the war.
When the former queen heard about Dylan's plan to leave and lead the war himself make her really furious. She dictate her son to forget about leaving the palace and just let the warriors handle it. When Dylan unsuccessful in convincing his mother, he have another headache. He really want to go convince and bring his mate next to him on the throne. Without his appearance, how is he supposed to tackle her heart.
Later in the middle of the night, Dylan remember his brother's collection. He really can paint and draw beautiful portrait. The portrait of their mother in her garden inspire him another way out.

Early in the morning, Dylan sent a messages to his brother. The ask him to come back to the palace as soon as possible and leave all the matter at hand for a day. He need his younger brother's help.
Dexter who was still in his bed even though it is already nine thirty in the morning lazily wake up. In his groggy state of mind, he trying to search for his mate next to him. He really want to continue his sleeping but he want to sleep with his mate on the bed. However, he only found out a cold and empty on her side part of the bed. He sit up and lean on the headboard thinking where his mate went to when it is still early. Usually she will play around and bothering him to wake up but it did not happen for today.
Suddenly, the door of the room open on a loud 'bang'. His mate run and jump onto the bed towards his body. He was so shocked and startled with the loud noise and the sudden hug closed his eyes tightly and jerk his leg a little. As soon as he smell his favourite scent make him smile in an instant.
"Auff… Nadine. You make me shocked. Where have you been just now? You left me sleeping all alone." Said Dexter with pouting face as if asking for his morning kiss.
"Baby, I want out to open the door. Your brother sent you a message, he summon you to go to the palace. We might as well go and have lunch with your brother and parents there. What do you think, baby?" explain Nadine to her mate.
"Whatever you wish for, baby. I will complied with your command. Now, I want my morning kisses."
"As you wish." Nadine replied and smooch her mate nose and lips. Is really irresistible to stop her from kissing him and it goes the same to Dexter. They both were so in love with each other and as they both were each other first love. They believe that only their mate deserve their love and it is the reason they both stay single during their school days until their first shift. "Okay. Now let get fresh and ready to leave. Or else your brother will get mad at us."
"Urghhh… fine. But I want to take the bath with you. No excuses allowed. Let's go." Dexter drag his mate in his hug to the bathroom. The bath that supposed to take only half an hour take them both for almost two hours. All the things happen in there between two hot-blooded in love youngsters leave it to readers' own imagination. Anybody can describe what is happening in there.
The two love-birds were having their late breakfast in very pleasant manner. Flirting once in a while, holding each other hand, caressing on the unthinkable place from singles perspective and munching on the delicious breakfast prepared by the maid. They both spend their time without care of the other that had been waiting anxiously for their arrival.
While Dexter and Nadine were in their lovey-dovey moment in their life, someone was having hot butt in his office room. It was none other than Dylan. He can't sit still on one place for long and keep sitting and standing all over his office room. He really almost lost his patience waiting for his younger brother and almost rush over to his brother's house in which is two miles away from the palace.
Dylan's patience getting thinner every minutes pass by while he is in the office missing his mate that is still far away from him. His mate still have not known of his existence might snatch by other really make him restless all the time. She is at her prime time where it is almost the end of the high school year.
'What if she leave? What if she already found a boyfriend?' were all in his mind at that time.
'No. No. That will never happen. She will always be mine. I will snatch her over. If any male getting in his way, he will kill them all at once. Yeah, that is the only way.'
