Dylan had received a letter from Blood Moon Pack, a pack that located at the border, to ask for a backup as they received some threat from the border of the kingdom land. They had loss a huge casualties in the fight which their warrior was sneak attack with silver bullets and wolfbane. They need time to heal and to get back to get back on their own. So they need help from the royal warrior to protect the border.
Dylan really want to leave his palace for the pack. He heard that the pack receive threat every now and then. They even loss the fight even though the pack itself have their own strong and tactful warriors, they still need more back up after an attack that cause a huge casualties to them. Some warriors might need more rest or lost their life need to be replace. So he gets suspicious with the situation.
He even heard some news and rumours that there were a handful of traitors among pack members that located near the border of the kingdom. So he decide to go there to observe there himself. Going there means at the same times need him to fight there himself too. He need to always stay vigilant and prepared himself for all the time there. Dylan really wants to go there right now so that he can come up with a plan to counter the attack.
From what he learn, the alpha of the pack having a severe injuries so he needs to finish up all the work at the palace.
And that's the things. He got a mountain of files on his table and some more files on the coffee table near the fire place. The files not only related to the pack and kingdom, there were some matter related to his company that need things to solve and sign by himself.
"Arghhhh… so annoying… when will I can finish up all these files. I need a break but it will delay the leave for the Moon Night Pack. I want some action and fight."
"If you want to do that then focus and might as well burn the midnight oil. Forget to get sleep. You can sleep on your way there anyway."
"I know that Max. But I'll still need at least five days before leaving. And I need to train myself as well."
"Hey. You have me. I can defeat any enemies as long as you give me full takeover and permission to take life. Of course in the situation they attack us first and they have intention to cause harm to us. I bet no one can hurt even a single line of my fur. Hahaha…"
"Whatever. You make sure that's not all talk then. If it is then you better f*ck off and bit your own ass. Now, stop linking me. I need to focus and make sure all these things done faster and the problem solve at the right way." Dylan cut the mind-link with Max before he received any reply and have another argument.

Two days in his office, Dylan already finish up one third of the files when suddenly Rico burst through the door. In a hurry without knocking and as if he just finish his daily long distance run. He try to take a deep breath and talk at the same time. But Dylan can't understand a word come out of his mouth. So he ask him to take a deep breath and drink some water.
"Woahhh, Rico what's up man? Why in hurry? Calm down a bit. Take a deep breath and drink this water."
"Huff… Thanks man" Rico said and gulped down all the water in the bottle in one go. Then he proceed. "The Blood Moon sent us another letter. They received another attack a few hours before the dawn today. And they need back up."
"Okay. Call Andy here. I have a plan. I want two of you to leave before dusk today. Leave with your team and take over their warriors place to protect the border. I will follow up after three days or maybe four with my team and another one. I need to finish these things before hand them over to our gamma, Xander. Just make sure to save the local first."
"Okay, I will do that. Trust me, that the same thing I had been think about and the first thing I will do as soon as I reach there. And I will mind-link Andy now, ask him to come here and brief him of the situation at the same time."
A few knock heard and Andy walk in through the door in a big strides and serious face just like a tough warrior he is.
"Your Highness, I heard about the news already and my team and I ready to leave anytime at your commands."
"Good to hear that. Now let's discuss about the strategy to win these fight. I want to hear your opinion on the strategy that Rico and I came up with just now. And you need to warn your team about the attack might include silver and wolfbane and I wants all of you to make sure to take all precaution measure. Be extra careful with the pack members there. There might be quite a few traitors among the local pack members. We don't know how many traitors keep themselves hiding among them and how many information about our weakness they got."
Both warriors just nodded their head a few times in the meeting to signify the king that they understand the plan and strategy. They both sometime interrupt Dylan to tell the other their opinion and making sure the plan is impenetrable.

Later that evening, Dylan spend about a few minutes to gives the warriors his last few words before send them away for the fight. He put extra emphasis on be cautious all the time there. He don't want to lose any of his warriors' life there.
He chant a long prayers to god that all of them who left to protect their land under His protection all the time and bless with safety there.
