Sofia stared intensely at Sam. The man had not yet pressed the green button on the screen of the phone that was still ringing.
"Wait for me in the car, baby!" Sam gently caresses Sofia's long hair.
The woman didn't budge at all. His eyes looked even sharper at Sam.
Sam snorted heavily until the ringing on the phone stopped. "Well, I'm not going to pick up the phone call!" said Sam, knowing Sofia was suspicious of him.
"Sam!" Sofia was upset. "Who called you? Don't mess with me, Sam?" Sofia squinted her eyes at Sam at the end of her sentence.
Sam placed his hands on Sofia's shoulder, then turned the woman's body towards her. "No Sofia, alright if you still don't believe me!" Sam touched gently on his phone screen. "Look, it's just a stray number, a number I don't know!" Sam pointed to a row of numbers who had just made a call on his phone.
"How, you still don't believe me?" Sam turned his eyes on Sofia. "Well if you still don't believe me, I'll call this number back, and I'll berate him for making my girlfriend angry." With a quick hand gesture, Sam was about to touch the green button on the screen. But unfortunately, Sofia stopped the hand movement.
"No need, Sam!" said Sofia stared at Sam. The fire that had been burning instantly was extinguished.
"I believe what you say!" said Sofia in a spoiled tone. The woman wrapped her hands around Sam's burly neck.
Sam let out a deep breath. "You should always believe me, Sofia!" said Sam, who was about to drop the kiss on Sofia's lips.
Suddenly a man appears with a shocked face to see the adult scene that Sofia and Sam almost did on the porch of the house. Both Sofia and Sam immediately ended the activity.
"Sorry!" the big tall young man looked awkward himself.
"Who are you? Coming to people's homes without excuses?" asked Sofia. His face was glowing red, between nervousness and embarrassment.
"Sorry, madam!" The man also looked very nervous.
"I'm Sofia the owner of this house!" said Sofia full of emphasis and rounded her eyes.
"Oh, yes sorry Mrs. Sofia, I had asked permission from the security guard who stood guard in front, he allowed me to immediately enter this house," said the young man with a neatly polite hairstyle. The words made Sofia even angrier.
"What? You stupid security guard. Letting strangers just walk into the house!" said Sofia annoyed. "Security guard...!" cried Sofia annoyedly.
"Sofia, enough Sofia!" Sam gently rubbed the shoulder of the woman standing next to him.
"Sam..." Sofia turned her eyes on Sam.
Instantly Sofia glanced intently at Sam. "No, just let him in!" said Sam in a soft voice.
"For a moment!" Sofia stopped the young man who was about to enter the house.
"Now Mr. Nico is sleeping, so you just come back tomorrow morning!" said Sofia annoyed.
Sam continues to hold Sofia's shoulder, hoping Sofia can control her emotions.
"Good madam...!"
"Who is that?"
Nico's voice cut off the foreign man's reply. Sofia was shocked when she saw the blind man walking slowly with the help of his cane heading towards the main door of the house.
"Who is that?" said Nico, who was standing in the doorway.
The young man looks confused, fleetingly staring at Nico, Sam, and Sofia in turn.
Sofia linked her eyebrows pointing towards Nico at the young man. With a cynical look.
"I want to meet Mr. Nico, I'm the new driver!" said the young man who did not know if the blind man in front of him was Nico.
"Oh, so you're the one!" said Nico, echoing a smile. "Let's go in, it's not nice to talk at the door," Nico said.
Sofia became increasingly inflamed, she followed in the footsteps of the young man who entered her house. Followed by Sam who walked behind Sofia.
"Sit down!" said Nico, who was sitting on a red sofa in the living room of his house. While Sofia chose to stand in front of the young man by dropping an intimidating look.
"Oh, yes we haven't met yet, what's your name?" asked Nico kindly.
The young man sitting not far from Nico grew increasingly nervous and confused.
"Oh, Jodi. My name is Nico I opened the driver vacancy, "said Nico smiled kindly.
Sofia continued to pay attention to Nico, squinting her eyes at Jodi. While Sam, still sculpting to pay attention to the conversation between Nico and Jodi.
"I-yes, sir!" replied Jodi in a trembling voice. The young man couldn't hide his nervousness at all.
"Jodi, are you nervous?" quipped Nico, making Jodi's face stiffen up at Sofia, who was glaring at him.
"Ti-no sir, I'm just a little nervous," Jodi lied.
Nico laughed. "Don't be afraid of Jodi, I won't eat you," Nico joked. "Unless you become a traitor, maybe the story will be different," Nico said, echoing a small smile.
Sofia immediately stared at Nico as well as Sam who felt insinuated by Nico's words.
"Yes sir!" replied Jodi.
"So, your job here is every morning to deliver my wife to the office. I wouldn't be willing if my wife went to the office with another driver," Nico said.
"Honey, I don't need a new driver!" cried Sofia, as the woman silenced her mouth, with a face full of regret having interrupted Nico's remarks.
"Sofia, are you here?" said Nico directing his gaze towards the source of Sofia's voice.
