The teachers sent the sport's prefects to go and fetch our food since we were all starving but thirty minutes had already passed and no word was heard from them. It was strange. Not for Blaine as she could sometimes go missing in plain sight because of how quiet she normally is but not for Michael. He always wants attention and seeks for it when it's not on him so it was weird. Ten more minutes passed and the teachers finally decided to send Douglas to find both them and the food. He immediately left in a hurry as he was also hungry like the rest of us so he spared no time Dilly dallying. We all became to chat with our friends in hopes that it could help us pass the time and keep our minds of our hunger but alas it did not. Douglas was gone for five minutes and returned with the food in hand. Blaine and Michael were nowhere in sight. The teachers after collecting the food and asking some students to distribute it to the others began to question him on the whereabouts of the two. Douglas plainly stated that when he arrived the bus compartment where the food was kept was wide open but Blaine and Michael where nowhere to be found. Whispers started swarming the grounds as people were saying that maybe they snuck of to do something somewhere. But Sir Zach immediately dismissed such rumors as he knew that they didn't see eye to eye more or less sneak of somewhere. He waited after everyone was done eating and then informed them that they were going to search for them and they should pull up pictures of them on their phones to ask people. We searched and searched and searched and searched for hours. We spent the whole day searching for them but to no avail. The teachers finally maned up and called the police which was long overdue but in their defense you can't proclaim someone missing if it's not after 24 hours so the most they could do was report to the park managers and search for them on the park grounds. The police took over the case and still could not even find a trace of them anywhere. The teachers informed the school heads of what had happened and they called their parents to inform them of this misfortune. The parents immediately took cars to get to the Nakum National Park. When they got here every parent was in a frenzy as the school heads also arrived not so long after them. The parents started going of on my mother the school founder and saying how she was irresponsible and so on. All the students we're put in a bus to be sent home.
Two Weeks have passed since then and school was closed as the investigation was still ongoing. In those two weeks my mom has been under constant pressure as the kids had gone missing from a trip hosted by her school and so was the national park as that was where the kids had gone missing. I spent my days working as a receptionist at one of daddy's hotels while Jinx continued her influencer Job and also wrote books. Meleke on the other hand was tutoring kids for some money as she needed some new clothes as she claims even though her closet it jam packed and the clothes inside barley fit anymore but eh who am I to complain as I am also doing this job to earn some money.
