~P.O.V-Meleke ( A Main Character)
Welp Sir Zach put Samuel and I together for the project. I kind of think its intentional since they tease us with each other. I didn't mind cause frankly speaking even though I continuously reject the idea of us together in anyway shape of form. I've realized that am more comfortable talking to him than I am to the other guys in my class its very weird but in a fun way. He's cool and friendly even though he labels himself as "antisocial", he isn't that friendly with new people but in general who does well except for my elder sister Jinx which other psycho? But being with him made me feel special like I was the only one able to touch my prince and stand by him which sounded dump to be honest. How could you feel this way with a guy you barely even know. Yea he goes to your grandparents school and was your classmate but what else did you know? I had to face it we were practically strangers well strangers who've been in the same class for fifteen years?! I had to get my head out of the clouds cause we still have a project to finish and present on. I couldn't help but notice a strangely familiar look in Douglas' eyes when we were picked together. I wonder where I've seen that look before, he looked like child who just got his favorite toy taken away and believe me it was not a pretty sight. His semi perfect yellowish skin which has darkened thanks to him joining our school kadate had become almost red like when a light skinned person blushes and had his hands squeezed into a tight fit so tight that his knuckles were beginning to turn almost pale? no white well it was sight to behold. Chuckie saw what was happening and whispered something into his ears calming him down immediately. It was such a weird thing to witness. When we sat down after being paired together I felt someone's cold gaze on me. I turned around to notice Leah staring but she quickly replaced it with grin that didn't reach her eyes. I just gave her a small smile in return and just watched the others get paired up together. I couldn't help my self honestly and just spent the rest of the school day daydreaming about what we would present on and how we'd do it. Would we present our project together as a couple? well for the work of course. Would we be super close to each other? or even better hold hands. I was squilling like a school girl in love inside but then again I am a school girl but love? Naa I wasn't so sure about that, even though we'd make a kick ass power couple.
