We had been killing these slimes for days at this point, eight hours at a time, all day and night whilst only earing berries and animal meat. we had also found that we can cultivate facere essence which is what this world calls magic. As we climbed up the tree we heard a humanoid figure behind us approaching so we darted up into the branches of the tree. As we hid, we waited for them to come near it appeared that they were an Elf, a humanoid creature with pointed ears wearing green robes. As they neared we kept quiet as he drew his bow and aimed it directly at us.

"HEY, WE AREN'T FUCKING HUMAN JACKASS, YOU HAVE THE SENSES TO DETECT US YOU SHOULD KNOW-" we said before recognising Kellens mistake.
"I will kill you for entering our forest," she said before firing the bow.
Before the arrow could reach us, we dashed off the tree and came at her with as much speed as we could, stopping right in front of her. This caused her to uncontrollably collapse to the ground. As she collapsed we deployed a pair of bug wings that we had from some of the experiments. there were no other humanoid beings around here so we knocked her unconscious, still quivering by the way, and stripped her of her belongings

Roughly an hour later, the elf woke up and opened her eyes to see she was tied to a tree, fifty metres above the ground, ass naked. needless to say this elated some form of panic from her, namely in the form of a scream before she began to struggle to get up onto the branch she was tied to.
"I would recommend not doing that," said Kellen hovering in front of her
As she saw us, she screamed in an unknown language as a large wall of air tried to push us back. It was more of a light breeze.

this provoked a swear from her as she stayed silent and closed her eyes, presumably casting another spell. This was stopped as we stabbed a small quill into her neck roughly twelve metres away, causing her to almost instantly fall asleep.
