Chereads / My sly omega (BL- Omegaverse) / Chapter 8 - Woo-Jin's Plan

Chapter 8 - Woo-Jin's Plan

Kim Woo-Jin stood, throwing his chair harshly against the floor. The loud sound startled the classroom, but Woo-Jin didn't care. He quickly grabbed his bag and stormed outside the class.

Aaron watched Kim Woo-Jin leaving, his usual teasing smirk faded as his mind wandered in unexpected directions. His fingers brushed absentmindedly across his lips, and the memory of the accidental kiss, or near kiss, flashed vividly in his mind, and his heart skipped a beat, spreading a warmth through his chest.

Why am I feeling like this?

Aaron thought, his usual nonchalance replaced by a strange unease. It wasn't like him to get caught up in moments like this. He was always the one in control, the one who could toy with people, but now… now, it felt different.

At first, all he wanted was to annoy Kim Woo, just some teasing to get under his skin. He had expected it to be nothing more than a game, something to pass the time. But now, it was different. Now, Aaron was caught in something he hadn't planned on.

His thoughts swirled as he remembered the exact way Woo-Jin had reacted. That look, the way his eyes widened in surprise and red tint spread across his face. It was cute. No, it was more than that.

It was adorable.

The flutter in his chest had nothing to do with the game he had started. It was something new, something he hadn't expected. He found himself wanting to know more about Kim Woo. Not just to mess with him, but to understand him.

As Aaron wrestled with his emotions, he failed to notice a burning sensation of anger locked onto him. A pair of eyes tracking his every move.

Yuna had walked into the classroom to greet Kim Woo-Jin.

But what she saw froze her in place.

Aaron and Kim Woo-Jin.

Their lips.

Touching.

Her eyes widened in rage as the scene burned itself into her mind. She blinked, hoping it was just a trick of her imagination. But no—the image remained.

Her nails dug into her palm as she clenched her fists.

How dare this lowly omega touch what's mine?

Her entire body tensed as a wave of fury crashed over her. Yuna's breaths came out in short, sharp bursts, and her vision blurred with the intensity of her emotions. She could feel the heat rising in her cheeks.

I'll make him regret this.

With trembling fingers, she pulled out her phone. Her grip was so tight as it felt like the device might crack under the pressure. Turning, she stormed out of the classroom.

"You'll pay for this," she shouted.

Dialing a number with shaking hands, she forms a dark plan. A plan to make Aaron's life a living hell. To torture him for touching his alpha.

Meanwhile, Kim Woo-Jin stormed down the corridor. The bustling noise of the hallway barely registered in his ears as his heart thundered wildly in his chest. He pressed a hand against his chest, trying to steady himself, but the memory of what had just happened refused to leave him.

Why did I let him tease me?

The scene replayed over and over in his mind. Aaron's teasing grin, the way their lips had accidentally brushed—it was as if it was burned into his memory. Woo-Jin clenched his jaw, willing the image to fade, but instead, his face grew warmer, and he felt an unwelcome flush creeping up his neck.

Why am I even thinking about his lips?

He stopped in his tracks, leaning against the cool surface of a wall. His clench his fists, the edges of his nails digging into his palms. His breathing was uneven, and the sensation of Aaron's lips lingered as though it had left an invisible mark.

I should've pushed him instantly. Why can't I do that?

His confusion quickly turned to anger—at Aaron, but mostly at himself. Aaron had always been the one to push boundaries, to get under his skin with that irritating smirk and carefree attitude. But this time, Woo-Jin had let him cross the line, and worse, he didn't understand why it left him feeling… like this.

That warmth in his chest—the strange, fluttering sensation—was unlike anything he had ever experienced. It wasn't something he wanted to acknowledge, but it gnawed at him, refusing to be ignored.

By the time Woo-Jin reached the end of the corridor, he made up his mind.

Avoidance was the only solution.

If Aaron wasn't in his line of sight, then Woo-Jin wouldn't have to deal with the chaos he brought into his life.

That was the plan. And it started now.

"I'll switch every class we share. It doesn't matter if it's inconvenient."

He nodded firmly to himself, as if saying it out loud made it more real.

He's just an omega. Why should I let someone like him throw my life into disarray?

But deep down, a nagging voice whispered back. Why does it bother you so much, then?

Woo-Jin shook his head, brushing the thought aside. This wasn't about emotions. It was about control. Aaron had disrupted his perfectly composed world Woo-Jin had built, and he wouldn't let it happen again.

Kim Woo-Jin wasted no time in executing his plan. That very moment, he rushed straight to the office to change every class he shared with Aaron.

From that moment on, his daily routine shifted. He began avoiding Aaron like a plague. If he saw Aaron walking down the hallway, he would immediately turn the other way, pretending not to notice. No matter how much Aaron called out to him, he'd ignore it, quacking his pace until he was out of sight.

But no matter how far he ran during the day, the nights were a different story.
