Urraina was met with the scent of pine sap, varnished wood, and cigarette smoke the moment she went through the tear. The tear in question immediately fixed itself and went back to regular space.
She felt the crunch and coldness of the snow under her feet, but it was like fountain drink cup cold, bearable. She slowly walked towards the stand where the skeleton was sleeping while also raising her tail off the snow to make minimum sound from the snow crunching.
Holding her tail, she crept behind the stand where the skeleton was sleeping, and it smelled very much like smoke but didn't have the same heavy feeling in her lungs as regular cigarettes. "Boss, I'm comin' soon, jus' tying my shoes...". The skeleton mumbled as our female lead crept ever closer to him. Raising her bag, she opened her mouth to say one thing...
"Collect!"
The skeleton was immediately woken up but didn't have a chance to respond before being sucked into the storage bag. (Yggdrasil used a medium-sized silk pouch to store Urraina's ability to store things in another reality).
"That... that was surprisingly easy! Ha! I wonder if I can take a few more things as well like monster candy and echo flower seeds. That'd be nice."
The anthropomorphic yellow-finned lizard skipped away from the empty stand with a wagging tail, and that will continue to be an empty stand for future resets. As she was done, she headed to the echo field and picked some seeds to take with her.
"I didn't even have to use the glitter bomb! I even got these nifty echo seeds. They're pretty flowers when they grow up, so I'll be keeping them for future use."
Urraina tore another rip in reality and entered the rip, leaving only one loose scale behind at the stand.
{Great job, assistant! Now can you give me the skeleton? It's name is sans like all the others, but it's nickname is red.}
"Alright... uh, deposit!" The 'sans' tumbled out of the bag after enlarging, with multiple swear words to say. He didn't have a chance to, though, as he was soon wrapped by a platinum branch and his mouth was covered.
{Now now, little one, stay quiet for now. You wouldn't want to make your brother sad, no?}
The skeleton's soul lights in his sockets wavered like a candle in the wind. He quickly closed his eye sockets, accepting his fate and not wanting his friends, alphys, undyne, and his brother Boss to worry.
He was quickly taken into one of the cages in the tree to be trapped for a few centuries.
{now that is good and done, how about you get your little reward now~?}
Tree Talks!
[you know that she'll do permanent damage to that specific AU, right?]
{Of course! I'll never let her know, though. It may attract the traitor, the sociopath, and the manipulator. Also nightmare's family, can't forget that!}
you really should get to fixing those before glitchy stitchy realizes what's going on.|
{We're eldritch entities, Yerbanora! What's a measly tentacle-tongued thread spool gonna be able to do to us?}
Yes, Yes, but there's another eldritch being there. Fresh, I presume?|
[HA! That excuse of a skinwalker? He can barely even move out of that sorry shell of phosphorus! Even lesser than those insect parasites that can wriggle for miles after leaving their host. ]
i guess it's a bit much to compare him to us, then.]
{it is very much inaccurate to compare it with us, more like a mothman to the alien machine SCP on Mars in its prime. Very distant on both space and power.}
Meanwhile with the star sanses...
"Darn! We were so close to finally getting one of them!" Blue said. "We'll find the perpetrators of these disappearances soon enough, Blue." replied Dream. "Yeah! We'll get em' next time! Who are they again? Oh yeah, the kidnappers!" said Ink.
"Wait, I think I found a clue!" Blue said as he holds up a purple scale excitedly.
"We'll have to make sure that didn't come from MermaidTale, then we can use the clue, ok Blue?" Said Dream.
"SURE!!! If this is a real lead, then we can finally find where they all went!" exclaimed Blue.
"Calm down, we'll check right now." said Dream as he opened up one of his portals. The trio of starry-eyed skeletons walked through the portal, not knowing that the scale would lead them to become trapped.
