She waited for her mate the whole day, but he didn't show up. She called his lines, but it didn't go through either. It was strange because she left him in his office. Even if he was that busy , he would have at least picked up her call or even called her back. But none of thst happened. She was beginning to wonder if something came up, maybe something of great importance.
Now she was scared. The witch had told her to perfume the mating ritual as soon as possible, but just when she was prepared for it, her mate was totally unavailable. What could have happened to her?
Maya waited for the whole day, hoping to see him, but he never showed up. For the while night, she tossed in bed thinking of what might have happened to him. If only they had performed the mating ritual, by now, she was would have been away to know what was wrong with her mate.
