She stared at his embarrassed face and decided to make him feel more awkward by bringing her lips down on his in a deep kiss.
She could hear the pounding of her mate's heart, and she wondered if that was an indication that he felt the same way she did.
He tried to tear his lips away from hers, but she deepened the kiss even more.
Her mate seemed to have lost the fight as he finally succumbed and replied to her kisses. Maya opened her eyes to take a glance at her mate, who kissed her like his life depended on it.
