The hierarchy of the Shadow Corps was a bit different without the Shadow Deity issuing orders and instructions for their operations.
Before now, the members of the Shadow Corps were more of zombified cold-blooded killers and assassin. Possessing minor abilities and boons granted by the deity, they viewed themselves superior to ordinary humans.
When the Shadow Deity had his authority eroded, this mentally had a severe meltdown. They could no longer use their boons, the Head Assassin was no longer receiving divine orders, and the entire organization had to undergo a complete restructuring.
Relying on their previous experience with inhuman combat before, they integrated what they could into mortal techniques, prioritizing stealth and damage capacity as much as possible and forming another branch of closely guarded combat inheritance.
