Han Fei, who attacked him earlier, was actually the sponsor and secret backer to the Red Fangs back in the Outer Sect. Apparently, he heard some news about how it got disbanded and decided to attack Kong Xiang.
"Junior Brother, you are just too nice," Lin Geng shook his head, "You should have disposed of the idiot right there and then."
"He he, I actually have some special plans for him," Kong Xiang smirked insidiously. He actually left a trace of specially concocted blood poison in Han Fei's body. He was planning to reestablish a faction for himself and he needed allies and subordinates. When he returned later to the Sect from these missions, he would gear some plans into action.
He abruptly realized that he should probably wait till his strength was high enough before he put such plans into consideration.
