There were already three people, two men and one lady, right outside Kong Xiang's abode, lying in wait for him to come out. From the looks of it, they had been waiting for quite a while now.
"Are you absolutely certain about your information?" The lady, Ning Xi, asked. She appeared to the leader of the trio.
"Yes, Boss. I personally saw him leave the Repository the other day and investigated his assigned cave abode. It's here," Her subordinate, Cao Shen, confirmed. "Look, the restrictions in this residence have been activated, so he's probably still inside."
"He hasn't come out all these days," Ning Xi frowned. "You should have gotten the news to me the minute you saw him. Then, we would have been able to waylay him before he entered his abode."
