Xu Qiuyue was Li Luo's real name.
Her father, the Highrise God held some authority in the Primal Plane. He was one of the aboriginal residents who reached Godhood early on and established his power base before the influx of ascendants from the lower planes.
While the Primal Plane was the only world that could accommodate higher cultivation realms after Godhood in the Primal Void and was thus its primary ascension zone, not everyone born in the Primal Plane was a God. In fact, Godhood was not so easy to reach in any world; this realm had extremely high requirements in terms of fortune, Cultivation system, Dao comprehension, willpower and Dao heart. The aboriginal residents of the Primal Plane did indeed have a higher starting point than the residents of the lower planes, but even they were still subject to the stringent stumbling blocks to reach Godhood.
