Three days passed, and finally, the day of the inter-camp tournament arrived. As expected, the entire base was bustling with murmurs as cadets were excited about the event that would decide the division of resources between the camps, thus deciding the growth rate of their respective bases.
This event held a lot of meaning for every cadet. In their respective ranks, this tournament decided who would get a higher number of resources and who would be the loser and develop the least. Since a lot was at stake, the camps poured resources into the top 10 rankers who represented their respective camps in the fight. It was one of the reasons why people so sought the position after, another being that the winner in the battles in the tournament gets contribution points.
