The massive burst of energy soon subsided, and the dust cloud it created started slowly receding to the ground. When it finally wore down significantly, two figures were visible, standing in front of each other. One was standing a little higher than the other, but he had a shocked look on his face. A spear was laid on top of a sword, and the man holding the sword was smiling.
"That stung, you bitch." Jake said with a smile.
The healing teams soon rushed in, fed the duo a set of pills, and threw healers started to heal them simultaneously, recovering from their injuries. This was the first time in the entire round that the roles would be changed. Jake's wound healed up sooner than Darius and he began to stretch his body, trying his best to employ his energy to digest the effects of the pills. He didn't know what they were, but they pushed his energy levels back to the peak while healing his body.
