Chapter 279 - THE TEST OF SEVEN THORNS

The Central Guardian was one of the most terrifying experts in the entire cult and his stature was that of a calm entity of immense power. His power was enough to daze Jake even after he underwent so many changes and gained so much strength. One could only imagine how much strength he possessed. Two simultaneous shock were recieved by everyone. One was the fact that Jake dared to not only arrive later than everyone on the venue, but also publicly kill a member of Tang family without showing even a bit of mercy. The second fact was the resurgence of Hell-Flame Monarch who was thought to have received injuries and list his strength. The last display of power was enough to erase the doubt from the minds of everyone present as to how powerful he truly was.
