Jake sat on the bed and began to meditate. Although he was in his peak condition, thanks to the rapid healing process, he had to train. He took out a mana crystal and began to absorb the energy using his breathing technique. His first objective was to bring his body's functions back to normal. It required sometimes as his body had only previously healed and was a bit stuck and stagnant in many regions.
Once his energy levels were high and his body was freely circulating, he stood up and began to stretch his body all the way around. He wanted to seest it out, which is precisely what he did. He continued this process till he was on the verge of exhaustion. He was doing all of this without using a single ounce of energy. He then laid back in bed and began to relax. He decided to follow this procedure for some time, or at least till he was discharged from the location.
