Jake looked through the details and the situation surprised him. Dora city was one of the most militarily secured stations of the military since it has been led by Vince Turning for such a long time. Vince has been holding the position of City lords of many years and his prowess is said to be the reason why countries bordering Dora city don't dare to wage out a open war.
Usually small fights would break down between the military fo other countries and Dora city, but nothing erv escalated to the level where S-rank hunters were required to involve themselves. They were usually small battle between platoons who came across each other in the neutral zone( a small strip of land which is sayred by all the countries and none lay claim to it). But beyond that a war was not something that occured before.
