"Why does your expression look so smug suddenly?" The high-devil walking across the room suddenly stopped and asked. Jake had let go of his serious expression for a moment and the high-devil seemed to have caught on to it.
"You have checked him thoroughly right." The high-devil asked. The servant nodded from the side. They had gone through all of Jake's stuff while transporting him inside. Even he was a bit surprised to see his expression.
"No reason to blame him. He did the right thing while bringing me here, except for taking my wallet, which is unethical for a food server. " Jake smiled and the servant looked embarassed by the acquisition.
"Yes. It is unethical to loot a man who is about to be tortured and kiled by your hands." The high-devil spoke in a mocking tone.
"Your derisive tone indicates that you have already assumed you are in control of the situation and everything will go according to the way you desire." Jake said.
