Karim attacked Jake as soon as he saw his figure. He was already embarrassed from being robbed naked and left to die. He didn't expect Jake to arrive here and hence his anger clouded his sane mind. He forgot about how strong Jake was and his current condition. He rushed in, just to be beaten to a bad state by Jake without even using a weapon.
Jake was feeling a tremendous amount of energy flowing through his body. The double cleansing and restructuring of his body seemed to have elevated his condition to a brand new stage. He wanted to try his strength out and the result was fascinating. He didn't stop at defeating Karim. he was continuously hitting him in a bloody state until he lay there, unable to even move.
