Jake looked at the stage and sighed in excitement. The last fight he had was an incredible experience for him. He wanted to have another go with more vigorous opponents. It would provide him with an opportunity to grow. He directed Lu Shen towards another location and was about to leave when they heard a voice.
"Why don't you have a go in the ring?" A voice said. The duo turned around to see that it was a masked man in formal attire. It looked as if he was the host of some show.
"We have just come here to browse through the market," Jake said as he pulled Lu Shen towards a nearby stall.
"The ring grants the audience the right to bet on an opponent. Every fighter gets a percentage of the bets made against them and for them in case they win. The fighters are even allowed to bet on themselves. You will profit a lot if you win." The man said.
"I guess we can try it out." Before Jake could intervene, Lu Shen opened his mouth.
