Jay was out of danger, but he had yet to wake up. They could only wait in the hospital for the follow-up situation.
Maisy sat by the side for a while. She actually had nothing to say. She just wanted to see Jay before she left. She was relieved to know that Jay was safe and sound. Now, she really had to apart with Jay. They would never see each other again. Maisy stood up and thanked Susan. After booking the plane ticket, she left the city where she grew up.
When Jay woke up, only Susan was by his side. There was no sign of Maisy. The moment he found out that Maisy had been kidnapped, Jay knew that he had to admit defeat. He loved Maisy. He wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.
"Jay, you're finally awake. I was so worried," said Susan worriedly.
