George Flack entered the room and quickly closed the door behind him.
It seemed that only then did he feel safe. Even though he was in his own home, George couldn't quite explain why this feeling wasn't as strong as when he was at Mallia Mamet's house.
George had indeed come to change his clothes, but not to get dressed up carefully; it was simply to change out of the clothes Mallia had found for him.
After changing, George casually searched through his own wardrobe.
Looking at the clothes he had taken off and laid on the bed, George didn't know who he could ask to wash them before returning them to Mallia Mamet.
If he prepared now, Aria Grant would find out, wouldn't she? Would Aria care?
Never mind, it was too complicated to deal with, so he decided not to act rashly.
So, George folded the clothes neatly and placed them in his wardrobe for the time being.
It was indeed strange. Never had George imagined a day when he would carefully fold another man's clothes.
