With a thud, George Flack was thrown into the trunk, landing on something hard, causing a searing pain in his bones.
His captors didn't gag him, but George didn't bother to scream for help; he knew it was useless inside the car.
The car drove for a long time, and George, inside a sack, lost all sense of direction, feeling as if it was turning continuously, and he couldn't help but retch.
If possible, he desperately wanted a drink of ice water right then.
Finally, they arrived. George heard the people speaking, but his body felt as if it continued bumping forward.

"He's already inside waiting for you. Hurry and drag him in."
